RAL can provide a complete and comprehensive Physical Inspection encompassing: the site, grounds,
building(s), roofs, amenities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.

Within the scope of the inspection we will provide color photographs of all deficiencies, computer
generated schematics of all deficient areas with regard to the site, roofs and building exteriors.

Each category of the inspection report will have a cost breakdown of the deficiencies. A
Repair/Replacement Summary as well as five (5) year Capital Expense Projection on major repairs and
replacements are included on all reports.
